Booking and Cancellation Policies:
(***) Guests are invited to engage with our villa booking team for any clarifications or discussions regarding the terms of their stay. Negotiation of specific terms is possible and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Extra services may be arranged with prior notice.
Reservation and Deposit – Payments Policy:
- A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking, and it is not refundable.
- Full payment must be received 40 days prior to arrival in High Season (July and August) and 10 days prior to arrival in Low Season.(***).
- The final confirmation of the booking request will be sent to the guest via email by the property management.
- A necessary condition for the confirmation of a reservation is the submission by e-mail of the bank deposit slip to the reservations department. This slip must include the IBAN as well as the names of the occupants and the dates of their stay.
- For seamless transaction processing, our payment instructions policy requires all deposits and payments to be made to the specified account: IBAN : GR2901 4068 0068 0002 0020 51032 at Alpha Bank , with BIC : CRBAGRAA. The account is under the name Vrachoriti Genovefa. After completing the transaction, please send a copy of the deposit slip to email: reservations@naturesdreamcatchervillas.gr , including your booking details. This step ensures faster processing of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations more than 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance.
Minimum Stay Requirement:
- A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. This may be extended to 7 nights during peak seasons.(***)
- (***) Should guests wish to negotiate a shorter stay than the stated minimum requirement, they are welcome to contact the villa owners directly to discuss availability and potential accommodation. Adjustments to the minimum stay are at the discretion of the owners and subject to existing bookings.
Fees and Payments:
Rental Rates and Special Offers:
- Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. In cases where multiple offers are running simultaneously, the offers cannot be combined. Only the highest discount or offer will apply.
Security Deposit:
- A security deposit of €500 is required for incidental damages, refundable within 7 days of checkout, provided no deductions are made.
Additional Fees:
- The cleaning fee is optional for each stay. It may apply in case of big groups / families / couples etc.
- Additional services are subject to availability such as private chef or daily maid service are available at an extra cost, upon request and service availability.
- Extra services are provided upon request by the occupants during their reservation period and depend on the availability of the service. Therefore, we recommend early booking of these services, as we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.
Check-In and Check-Out Procedures:

- Check-in is available from 04:00 PM.
- Early check-in may be arranged subject to availability.
Check-Out:
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Occupancy and Use:

- The maximum number of guests is specified in the rental agreement. Exceeding this number may result in additional charges or termination of the rental without a refund.
No Commercial Use:
- The villa is strictly for residential use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes without prior consent.
No Parties or Events:
- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval.
Suitability:
- The property may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues or certain disabilities due to its design and layout.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed without prior approval and may require an additional cleaning fee.
Damage to Property:
- Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for damages during their stay.
Noise Ordinance:
- Guests are required to observe local noise ordinances, which typically require reduced noise levels from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

We’re so green; even our grass is envious! Our villas embrace sustainability like a koala to a eucalyptus tree.
Not far at all! You can practically smell the salty sea breeze – it’s just a stone’s throw away. Don’t forget your bucket and spade. Nearest beach is Avlaki (1000m away) but there is a rocky beach exactly under the house with sulphate water, named Bougazi, just 10 minutes walk.
In our policies, the age ranges are defined as follows: Babies are considered to be up to 2 years old, children are categorised as up to 13 years old, and individuals above this age are classified as adults. However, it should be noted that there is the option to add a cot for accommodating babies. Additionally, any extra persons, excluding babies, are considered as adults and will occupy a standard bed.

Celine A and Celine B villas can each comfortably house 2 guests. These villas are quite the friendly types and can be rented separately if you prefer a bit of solitude. One baby cot per villa can be placed in total.
On the other hand, Villa Nemesis is a bit more spacious, with room for 4 guests to rest their weary heads plus two baby cots in total.
